Fabian Kortekaas

I founded TUI’s global Customer Experience department, which is responsible for monitoring and improving the end-to-end Customer Journey. After successfully improving the NPS results in the Netherlands and Belgium, it is now my focus to improve the experience of all of our customers around the globe.

My ambition is to transform the corporate culture into become a truly customer-centric company. In order to achieve this I like to work with a combination of data-driven and value-driven CX. I use data to identify the main drivers of a good customer experience and prioritize our CX projects. In the end all of our efforts are aimed at delivering on our purpose: creating the moments that make life richer.

Publiceerde eerder zeven boeken over klantgevoeligheid en excellente dienstverlening.
