Niels Kamper is veranderkundige en organisatiecoach. De laatste 3,5 jaar heeft Niels een rol gehad in het verandertraject bij de Consumentenbond waar het bedrijf de reis heeft afgelegd van klassieke lijnorganisatie naar zelforganisatie op basis van holacratische principes. Bij de Consumentenbond heeft Niels verschillende rollen op het gebied van zelforganisatie, teambegeleiding, strategie/processen (o.a. OKR) en workshop design en begeleiding.
