Sinds 2008 partner bij Altuïtion. Altuïtion, opgericht in 1997, is Nederlands’ leidende Customer & Employee Experience Consultancy en een commercieel innovatiebureau. Altuïtion is gespecialiseerd in belevings-, service- en productinnovaties die ondernemingen onderscheidend commercieel voordeel opleveren. Altuïtion biedt inzicht in de onbewuste, ‘zachte’ drijfveren van klanten en prospects, en vertaalt deze in co-creatie in harde resultaten. Van new business tot klantbehoud.

Opdrachtgevers waar Stephan voor werkt, zijn onder andere Achmea, Ardanta, BAM, CSU, DLL, Efteling, Interpolis, KLM, Knauf, Kramp, Nationale-Nederlanden, NS, OLVG, Porsche, Sint Maartenskliniek, UWV, VanWonen en Volksbank.

Naast zijn werkzaamheden bij Altuïtion treedt Stephan regelmatig op als dagvoorzitter of spreker op marketing- en klantbelevingscongressen en incompany (9+) workshops, en geeft hij les aan diverse opleidingsinstituten. Stephan is co-auteur van de managementbestsellers ‘De 9+ organisatie; van marketshare naar mindshare’ en ‘Klanthelden® in de 9+ organisatie; excelleren in emotionele klantbeleving’ en nieuw: het HBO-boek ‘Basisboek Customer Journey; een inleiding in het vakgebied’!
