I founded and led Aegon’s global community on CX, aimed at transforming from a product driven to a customer driven and (digitally enabled) company that delivers upon our purpose of ‘helping people achieve a lifetime of financial security’.

In this role I built a global CX team driving strategy development and thought leadership on e.g.:  Customer Loyalty, Net Promoter Score (NPS), voice of the customer, culture change and transformation, customer (CX) and employee experience (EX) and initiated global programs to drive customer centricity and employee engagement at Aegon worldwide, e.g., the Aegon Global Awards
