Hospitality and CX are the common thread in everything I do. I enjoy assignments where CX, Innovation and Strategy meet and where real change is needed. That once started at the Efteling and translates into my current job in which the challenge is to get a club of technicians to think and act in a guest-oriented way. I am happy with the combination of strategy and operation, CX and EX. Because real guest-orientation always happens in operations, where there is one-to-one contact with the customer. In my spare time I like to discover new places in my beloved Rotterdam, preferably in the hospitality sector. Always looking for inspiration or a fun evening.
