For the last 9 years I am passionate about the combination of Customer Experience and Marketing. Now, as Head of Customer Experience & Marketing at Florius, I am responsible for the mortgage experience of our over 350,000 clients. One of the achievements I am proud of in this role is creating the combination of brand experience and customer experience at Florius. Resulting in both a strong new brand positioning that is in line with the experience of our clients and advisors. In previous roles I was responsible for marketing, new proposition development and the improvement of various B2B journeys at ABN AMRO Commercial Banking, like Lending and International Payments.
