Bill Staikos is a CX and EX leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling teams that turn customer experience strategy into measurable business outcomes. His work focuses on execution over dashboards, sustainable change through effective change management, and activating leadership to drive long-term impact.

Bill has delivered results for organizations of all sizes—from founder-led businesses to global enterprises—across industries including technology, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and financial services.

He is the founder of Be Customer Led, a boutique consultancy helping companies transform their CX capabilities and scale outcomes using AI and analytics. Bill is also the host of the award-winning Be Customer Led podcast, with listeners in more than 120 countries, where he explores leading practices in CX, EX, and customer-led leadership and culture.

He is currently launching a new podcast, The Multimodal Experience, which examines how emerging technologies such as AI, XR, spatial computing, and wearables will reshape customer engagement and the future of work. A book with the same title is also in development.
